Objective To compare compound staining of Alizarin red S and Alcian blue showing ossified skeletal structures and cartilage in fetal, neonatal and adult rat. 目的探讨显示不同时期大鼠(胎鼠、仔鼠、近成年鼠)骨骼和软骨的复合染色方法。
All animals were sacrificed on day 20 of pregnancy. After double stained with alizarin red S and alcian blue, the rat fetal skeleton was examined. 于妊娠第20d处死孕鼠,将胎仔茜素红和阿利新蓝骨骼双染后,检查全身骨骼发育程度。
